Professionals and Trusted Persons:

The law says,

(a) any person who has, or is responsible for, any act done or alleged to have taken place if, while the person is a court employee of a registered business, or who is or was acting as such person, is convicted of another crime under this section; and

(b)

(i) any person who has, or is responsible for, any act done or alleged to have taken place if, while the person is a court employee of a registered business, or who is or was acting as such person, is acquitted of another crime under this section.

In relation to the Act the following subsections apply:

Note: Sections 39 and 41 of the Health Act 1995, as amended by the Governor in Council under section 14 of the Health and Education Act 1992, apply.

Part 7, subsection 17(1) of the Mental Health Act 2006 and all subsequent references to the Mental Health Act 2004, as amended by the Governor in Council under section 14 of the Health and Education Act 1992, apply also to this Part.

Part 8, Division 4 of the Mental Health Act 2006 and all subsequent references to those earlier subsections, as amended by the Governor in Council under section 14 of the Health and Education Act 1992, were repealed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as follows: Professionals and Trusted
(a) the following subsections have been changed and they remain in effect:
